We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on the iMate.  If you are not completely satisfied, return it to us and we will cheerfully refund the purchase price*.

We also offer a 12-month warranty that the iMate will be free from defects when used in normal office-type conditions.  If you believe your iMate is faulty, please contact us (before sending it back) and we will give you instructions on how you can receive a refund*.

*Refunds exclude postage/handling costs.
